Circa due anni fa ho progettato e realizzato una borsa patchwork che, mi sono resa conto, non ho mai mostrato.
Volevo utilizzarla per un corso speciale, che non ho mai tenuto.
Non era mai il momento giusto, ma l'ho riscoperta e ho deciso che era ora di mostrarla.
Ed eccola qui:
è una borsa a secchiello, con chiusura con cordini di eco pelle e una lavorazione a strisce patchwork
E' stata un bel lavorone.. la cosa che più mi piaceva di questa borsa è la bambolina che ho disegnato, liberamente ispirata a un'immagine trovata online.
I made this bag two years ago and noticed I never showed it in my blog.
It was never the right time.. I designed and made it and since it's a patchwork bag, with a drawstring closure, it took many hours to make it.
I still love the tiny doll I designed, inspired by one I found on the net.
Le stoffine americane si sposano con il classico tweed, per un mix che sa di autunno e colori caldi.
American fabrics are put together with some classic tweed, for a mix reminding me about autumn and warm colors.
C'era anche la pochette coordinata.
I made the coordinated clutch, too.
La borsa è volata da una nuova proprietaria, ma riguardando le foto la guardo con affetto.
Come capita sempre quando crei qualcosa con le tue mani ..qualcosa che magari hai anche progettato tu e prima non esisteva che nella tua testa.
Sensazioni che noi creative conosciamo bene :-)

The bag, in the meantime, has reached its new owner, but while looking at the pics I see that I still like it.
You ( almost) always like the things you make ..sometimes you design them, too and it's unbelievable how they come to life..after being in your head only.
