Un'altra sorpresa, un tenerissimo pannello di Marit! la mia amica norvegese mi ha stupito..è così tenera che ha usato la stoffa che aveva preso insieme a me alla Panduro a Oslo..sapeva bene che col marrone andava sul sicuro!! lo stitchery lo ha preso da una rivista pre-natalizia che, combinazione, avevo comprato anche io! questa cosa mi fa sentire che mi sono portata qui un pezzetto di là molto di recente! Grazie carissima Marit!
Another surprise, a wonderful, tender wall hanging by my norwegian friend Marit. She stitched this sweet subject she found on a magazine that I had bought too when I was there! and used fabrics she bought at Panduro in Oslo when she was with me! so sweet..thank you, my dear, I like it very very very much..it's a stitchery I'd have liked to do so you chose a perfect subject and perfect fabrics. Thanksssssss!!!
Ed ora qualche ghirlanda. Questa, shabby, l'ho fatta l'anno scorso, dipingendo un legno trovato sulla spiaggia e creando un intreccio macramè di corda..
and now a few garlands and wreaths..this one, shabby style, was made last year by painting a wood I found on the beach. I then used a macramè rope and painted it too.
Questa invece appena fatta e da regalare..con filo di ferro, stelle di feltro e tessuto, cuscinetto a stella stitchery e questo pupazzetto di neve di cotone tinto nel caffè che mi piace moltissimo.
I finished this one a few days ago ..a stitchery pillow, steel wire, felt and cotton stars and this little snowman made out of coffee-dyed muslin I like so much..
Ed infine, anche se non centra nulla, tovagliette a forma di albero, tratte da un vecchio numero de "le idee di casamia" e fatte sempre l'anno scorso..quest'anno non credo che avrei usato colori così forti, però il rosso ben si sposa con le tazzone!Tree-shaped table mats I made last year..stronger colors than the ones I'd use now!
